I put the large oak Around table on our wedding registry and I couldn’t be happier with it. This Thomas Benson design is sleek, elegant, and the round shape is inviting for people to gather around. I’m still looking forward to purchasing the smaller, complimentary table that will sit higher right next to ours in dark grey.

How nice are these pendants? I love how playful they can look in different colors or architectural in the black version. The good thing is the pieces are interchangeable and you can switch them all out and never get bored of it!

Hyg Lounge Chair – Normann Copenhagen
Now this piece is definitely a splurge, but I always see designer furniture as an investment, something you will keep for life and pass onto future generations. The Hyg Lounge is one-of-a-kind and I like the feeling of being protected in a high back chair that surrounds you like a nook that offers privacy. The leather version is my favorite, as it will age over time and develop a unique patina.

This lovely wall table integrates itself perfectly into any space with its folded top. It can be used in a entrance, as a side table, or even as a nightstand. I love how it gives the illusion that it’s built into the wall, like a cloud floating through it. The playful round shape and scale also make it a cute option for a kids room!

Last but not least, a very classic and timeless shape. The curved back of the shell and the rounded edges of the legs as well as the materials used make this piece elegantly functional. This model comes in various colors and upholsteries which makes it super versatile and easy to use for many different purposes.
Let me know your thoughts on my selection! What are you favorite danish design?
